Jody Daunton Jody Daunton

After receiving a degree in Photography from Brighton University, Jody Daunton focussed his photographic practice on environmental portraiture and visual storytelling for editorial. In this, he found his niche, capturing authentic moments of real people and their interesting lives. In 2012, Jody teamed up with Rachel Taylor to create Another Escape, an outdoor lifestyle, creative culture and sustainable living journal that celebrates the stories of passionate people inspired by nature. This new venture enabled Jody to produce work that champions people who share in his values and live close to nature and look to protect it. Jody now works as creative director alongside editor Rachel and their small Bristol-based team to create and commission immersive stories with an emphasis on strong visual storytelling.

Jody is currently based in Bristol, UK, and is available for commissions across the UK and internationally.
